Thank You to All...

Thank you to all who came for a visit and commented. Many Thank Yous to Rhonda @Down to Earth, for the kind words and linking to my blog. I apologize for my absence. My computer has decided to act up, and time has become one of my opponents. Prayerfully, I hope to be back on line very soon. I do appreciate all who have taken the time to stop by, expecting to read something current. I'll be back.
Have a blessed day!
Kris

I followed Rhondda's hint and came here to read all your entries from the start. Loved it all.
One question. I have copied your recipe for the lentil/bean chilli, and noted your comments about Crock-pot potatoes. I searched all through your entries and down the side bar but can find no recipe for them......do you have one written out already..?
Thankyou! Keep warm in this cold weather....

Hi lilymarlene,

Thanks for stopping by and visiting.

The crock pot potatoes are seasoned to personal preference. I make them this way:

Scrub potatoes, slice potatoes into large chunks, toss with olive oil, salt & your choice of dried herbs.

We like garlic granules/onion granules/crushed basil/parsley and small amt. of rosemary. (season with herbs you like).

Place potatoes in crock pot on low until done.

I usually prepare these in the morning, for a noon meal.

I hope this helps. Any other questions, please feel free to ask.
